Burton Waters Cruising Club was formed by the Boat Sales’ and their RYA training centre instructor in 2023, following the tremendous success of the Royal Yachting Association led Cruise in Company Flotillas. The flotilla trips are run from Burton Waters to destinations accessed via the tidal rivers of the Trent, Ouse and Humber Estuary. We also run trips to Boston and into the Wash, to coastal destinations.
Burton Waters Boat Sales’ Cruising Club also arrange marina social events including a start the season event, a summer BBQ and wine tasting to name but a few, all hosted at the marina.
Membership of the club is free, but at events we host, donations to the RNLI are encouraged. New members are always welcome and moorers are automatically included. We would be particularly keen to see Burton Waters residents join the Club, to grow the boating community in the immediate area.
