BWRG Additional General Meeting Monday 31st March at 6.30 for 7.00 at HL

To be held at Harbour Lights Bar & Kitchen

Doors open at 6.30pm. Refreshments are available from the Bar. BWRG Members and Leaseholders are all welcome. Anyone who lives on Burton Waters is welcome to attend and it is free to join at the door provided they are a leaseholder or renter and the usual conditions apply. Papers are circulated to Members.

This Additional GM follows on at the request of BWRG Members to complete the presentation and questions on the Litigation Issues at BW including recent court judgements. These give a clear indication of the nature of much of the recent litigation which had such an impact on the service charges and our lives at BW.

AGENDA

1.Welcome and Introduction. 5 minutes.

2.Litigation. Presentation by  James Hazel. He will provide a short summary and discussion/questions will take place in the meeting. This should take about 1 hour.

3.Open Q&A Session. 30 minutes if needed.

Thank you to members who have sent in written questions for the previous meeting on the litigation topic. They will be included in this follow up meeting. After the meeting we will collect the questions and answers from both meetings into a Q&A document to be sent to members and be available on the website.
