DESCRIPTION:Open to Boat Club Members\, non-Members including Burton Waters Residents & Friends \nDue to unforeseen circumstances we have had the change the venue for our Fitting Out Supper. Big thanks to Mike and Marie at Harbour Lights for saving the day and sorting out a great platters menu for the same evening as planned. \nFitting Out Supper at Harbour Lights on Burton Waters on Saturday 13th April. Arrival at 5.30pm for drinks with your selection of platter delivered to your table at 6.00pm. \nPlatter Boards £19 pp for non-members – subsidised as part of membership to only £14 pp for Boat Club Members. Why not join for an immediate discount on your evening. Everyone is welcome to join–for boating and for social events. \nWe have three options for you–a Meat Platter\, a Fish Platter or a Vegetarian Platter. Each is a set platter–no mixing. Usually a platter per person. \nMeat Platter \n¼ Rack of Ribs\, Pulled Pork Bon Bons\, Two Chicken Goujons\, Scotch Egg\, Onion Rings\, Dressed Salad. Skin on Fries & Dips: -Sweet Chilli Mayo / BBQ Sauce \nFish Platter \nSalt & Pepper Calamari\, Two Fish Goujons\, Marie Rose Atlantic Prawns in Lettuce Wraps. Smoked Salmon\, Cream Cheese & Dill Parcels\, Dressed Salad\, Skin on Fries & Dips: -Lemon & \nGarlic Mayo / Tartar Sauce \nVegetable Platter \nGreen Olives\, Wild Mushroom Arancini Balls. Spiced Mediterranean Pakoras Tomato\, Garlic & Red Onion Bruschetta. Bang Bang Cauliflower\, Dressed Salad. Skin on Fries & Dips:- Garlic Mayo / Tomato & Coriander Salsa \nPlease email your menu platter choices to  javarley@gmail.com.
